Free!! Morning yoga and sound bath in the park!

Join us to start your day balancing your mind, body, and spirit!  Amie will start by guiding you in a thoughtful yoga practice, and I will be following with a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, and chimes.  Leave feeling centered and grounded.  Come for the yoga, the sound bath, or both - all are welcome!
